Research -
I will send you every option on the market in your said criteria and educate you on sold listings and data in the area so that you understand current market values

Showings -
We will discuss all options before booking a private showing with the seller so that you can see the property in person. 

Negotiation -
I negotiate real estate transactions on a day to day basis, once we have found a home that you would like to buy, we will present an Offer to Purchase and negotiate terms and conditions to protect you through out the buying process.

Inspection -
Understanding exactly what you are buying is very important, I work with a number of qualified Inspectors to assure a detailed inspection to disclose the condition of the subject property. 

Legal support -
I will document all forms ensuring that they are legally binding and then convey them to your said lawyer to prepare all documents for the transferring of title in to your name.
